Aptana for Eclipse
Development ToolsHave you all seen the Aptana plug-in for Eclipse??? What am I asking, of course you probably have. I believe it's been out there a while, but I just downloaded it. It rocks!! So far I've used it for JavaScript editing but I know it does CSS and HTML editing as well. Check it out..
They also have Aptana TV, a web site with a whole lot of demos.

I've used both for a while. The one (big) issue I've had with Aptana is their S/FTP implementation. Most of the time it doesn't work for me. Their sync feature is nice, though, so I use that if I can't use CFEclipse's S/FTP for some reason.
