Sorry to hear you got the BlackJack... I got mine the week it came out. At least once a week it does a hard crash on me and I have to remove the battery to reset it. I talked with Cingular and they told me that's because I need to turn it off at night, rather than leave it on while plugged in. I wish I had my Treo back...
